Skills Gap supports schools through a structured programme of training, coaching and assessment, relevant to the school curriculum, to enhance technical and soft skills; encourage creativity and innovation; provide insights into education and career pathways and develop business-linked teaching materials.

Introduced  in autumn 2013, the programme was successfully piloted by two schools and business partnerships.  See the Report.

A key aim of the programme is to develop shareable materials for others, which you can view and access in Teaching Resources.
